The programs include manual, (2) Gluteal, Weight Loss, Interval, Heart Rate, Fitness Test and (3) CrossTraining. The easy-to-read console gives you the information you need to monitor your progress - % complete, avg heart rate*, avg speed, calories, CrossRamp angle, goal, heart rate, SmartRate, METS, program profile, resistance level, segment time, speed, total strides, strides/minute, time, units, watts, workout summary. An Options button customizes your workout with goals for time, calories or distance. The console features an integrated reading rack, an accessories holder and a water bottle holder.

The 546i is self powered and does not need to be plugged in. Frame color is titanium, the covers are stone gray.
