not bad for a cheap price Jan 23, 2010 Only major problem is that it does not have a pacer mech. nothing to push me...Control panel is easy once you figure it out. Just spins like a dial...

Buyer Beware Dec 31, 2009 Hoped to have a nice exercise machine for home use. Bought this elliptical for a really nice deal ($399 plus friends and family discount). Received it in a timely fashion (delivery took about a week) in a huge box that the delivery service would only deliver to the garage. Weight of the box is 156 pounds. Borrowed a hand truck to move it to our basement. Took about 2.5 hours to put together. Seemed like a decent machine for the week I was able to use it, note the computer was not easy to use as the computer instructions in the manual were incorrect. One week after putting it together the plastic base unit snapped (this is the manufactured part that connects to the metal frame for the fly wheel)and washers feel out of the arm attached to the fly wheel. The parts that failed were pre-assembled, not part of the set up process. I am not a big person and this should not have failed after four uses. The good news was that it was well with in the 90 day return time. Returning it and looking for another machine, might go with an exercise bike as it seems like many of the elliptical machines have mechanical issues.
